Rental Equipment Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made:
• More than 3-7 days before event: 100% refund of rental fees (excluding deposit).
• Less than 1-2 days before event: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before event: No refund.
• No refunds are issued for items returned unused or for early termination of the rental period.  

Deposit and Payment

• A refundable security deposit of $100 is due at the time of booking to secure the rental date.
• Full payment must be received no later than 1-2 days before the event date.
• Accepted payment methods include Stripe, credit cards, bank transfers, and more.

Balloon Service Retainer & Terms Policy

To secure your balloon décor booking, a non-refundable retainer/deposit of $150 is required at the time of reservation. This retainer is applied toward your total balance but will not be refunded under any circumstance, including cancellations.

By submitting your deposit, you agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Retainer

• The $150 retainer secures your event date and covers initial design planning, communication, and preparation.
• This fee is non-transferable and non-refundable, regardless of changes or cancellations.

2. Balance Due

• The remaining balance is due 3–5 days before the event date.
• No services will be rendered without full payment.

3. Cancellations or Rescheduling

• If you cancel your booking, the $150 retainer will be forfeited.
• Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability, but the retainer remains non-refundable.                 

By submitting your deposit, you agree to the following:

1. Return Condition: All rented balloon equipment must be returned in its original condition, free of damage, residue (e.g., glue, tape), or excessive dirt.
2. Timely Return: Items must be returned on or before the agreed return date/time. Late returns may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Damages & Loss: Any lost, broken, or damaged items will be deducted from the deposit. If damage exceeds the deposit amount, the customer is responsible for the remaining cost.
4. Non-Refundable Balloon Product: Please note that balloon garlands, bouquets, or custom balloon builds are non-refundable and considered final sale once delivered or picked up.
5. Deposit Refund Timeline: Deposits will be refunded within 3–7 business days after all rented items have been returned and inspected.
